Position Overview
The Corporate Engagement Associate plays a critical role in building and expanding Southbridge Access’s global network of corporate partners. This individual will identify, engage, and nurture relationships with executives and organizations that can participate in MBA immersion programs.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead generation & research
• Use AI tools to identify companies and executives aligned with MBA program themes
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential speakers and partners
• Research company profiles and leadership structures
• Outreach & engagement with prospective partners via email and Linkedin
• Create and maintain contact databases
• Use AI to craft personalized outreach messages
• Track outreach and manage follow-ups
• Relationship development with including but not limited to NGOs, business associations, private companies, government agencies, among others for itinerary business visits
• Communicate program value and academic objectives clearly to corporate partners
• Maintain professional communication with corporate partners
• Transition qualified leads to Program Management
• Working across multiple projects and accurately prioritizing needs

• Required
